Before contacting us: Our support will ask you for the serial number of the condemned appliance. Please hold this number ready for our investigation in our database to determine the specified appliance type and the according options. The serial number also will help to clarify existing support agreements or warranty claims. Alternatively you can indicate us a MAC number of the appliance, so that we can find the right serial number in our database. Our support team will be of service to you during normal office hours from 09:00am to 05:00pm CET resp. CEST during summertime.
